Crazy Savings Watters Devenport 8072B

I bought this dress at a cute boutique in The Woodlands, very close to Houston. I had tried on a cheaper dress right before but once I put this one on, I knew immediately it was the one. The lace detail along the neckline of the dress seemed like it might itch my under arms but it was actually very comfortable. I had a beach wedding so I also picked this dress because it was elegant and super light on my body. I wore it with a sequined belt which you can see in the picture. I only hope whoever buys this dress will enjoy it as much as I did!
