Reduced Prices Vera Wang Gemma

This dress was bought from the VW sample sale in September 2014. The dress has blizzard beading and has shades of blush at the bottom. Never been worn. It has been stored in a garment bag since its purchase. There are no tags on the dress but I have the receipt (please email if you would like a photo). The sample size is 8. I am 5'6" and 120 lbs and the dress is loose on me. I am street size 2-4. The dress will require dry cleaning and no alterations have been done to it. The quote I got from a high-end tailor in Los Angeles was $500 for alterations (including hemming, bustle and having waist taken in), $250 for repair, and $450 for dry cleaning.
