I bought my dress at a donated sale for the Brides Against Breast Cancer fundraiser. It had huge ruffles in a halter, but I knew I loved the waist line. I wanted my dress to look like Coco, by Amsale, but I didn't have 6,000 dollars to drop. I took it to get majorly altered. I removed the ruffles and added lace cap sleeves with a key hole back. It was taken in from a size 12 to a size 6 (ish, just whatever size I was) and a bustle added (not just a single button, its a three button bustle that tucks under the waist). This was my dream dress and I got to imagine it and create it how I wanted it to look. The best part of the dress?! It has pockets!!! That's right...I was able to keep a copy of vows, tissues, and even a flask if need be with me at all times. I'm not sure the designer...it was from a donated dress sale.
